Very impressed with PlusNet!
A customer wanted to have broadband added to their TalkTalk phone package. We contacted TalkTalk and placed the order, and waited. Nothing happened! Rang them up and they said they had cancelled the order but could not give a valid reason.
We ordered again, and we waited.
Still nothing, so we rang them and they said that the order had been lost.
We ordered again, and we waited.
Still nothing, so we rang them again and they said that they could not find any details of the order.
So we cancelled!
We placed an order with PlusNet and were connected within the week.
In the mean time I had tweeted the issue (which nobody reads) and PlusNet had picked it up and replied!
It's a shame that we have to deal with companies like TalkTalk who are so bad in dealing with their customers! But then on the flip side there are companies like PlusNet who are very good and who deserve to have our custom.
I would recommend PlusNet to anyone who is new to broadband or who would like to move away from their current supplier.
